We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a pricing error, product description error, stock error, or technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and contact you for confirmation.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect product information, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or policy violations.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-made jewelry is created specifically for your order and may include selected stones, metals, sizes, engravings, or design details.

Custom orders generally require 7-15 business days for production before shipping. Before shipping a custom order, we may confirm final details with you.

Once production begins, cancellation fees may apply according to our Returns & Cancellations Policy.

Custom orders may not be eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed defect, quality issue, or order error caused by Viramia.

6. Shipping

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders over $129 USD qualify for free shipping. Orders below $129 USD will be charged a $9.90 USD shipping fee.

Estimated shipping time is generally 5-12 business days after the order has shipped.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Sale items, promotional items, discounted items, and items purchased with a special promotion are final sale and are not eligible for refund unless there is a confirmed defect, damage, incorrect item, or quality issue caused by Viramia.

8. Promotions

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, free shipping offers, and other special offers may be subject to additional terms and limitations.
