Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

Custom-made items require 7-15 business days for production before shipping. This includes time for material preparation, crafting, inspection, and final confirmation.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location, carrier conditions, customs clearance, and seasonal demand.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $129 USD.

Orders below $129 USD will be charged a $9.90 USD shipping fee.

Custom Orders

For custom-made jewelry, we will confirm the order details with you before shipping. This may include stone type, metal, size, engraving, design details, or other custom specifications.

Custom orders are made specifically for you and require additional production time. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Viramia is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to ship every order on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
