We want you to feel confident when shopping with Viramia. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and cancellation policy below.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging, certificates, cards, and accessories included.
Return Shipping Cost
If the item has a defect, damage, quality issue, or if you received the wrong item, Viramia will cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, ordered the wrong size, or for another personal reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Items With Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or return shipping support.
Sale & Promotional Items
Sale items, promotional items, discounted items, and items purchased with a special promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund.
This does not apply if the item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or has a confirmed quality issue caused by Viramia.
Custom Order Cancellations
Custom-made jewelry is created specifically for your order. Once production begins, materials, labor, and design work may already be in progress.
If you need to cancel a custom order, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellation within 3 business days after production begins: 20% cancellation fee
- Cancellation between 3-7 business days after production begins: 30% cancellation fee
- Cancellation between 7-15 business days after production begins: 40% cancellation fee
The cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
The remaining refund amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3 business days after the cancellation is approved. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Custom Order Confirmation
Before a custom order is shipped, we will confirm the final details with you. This may include stone, metal, size, engraving, design details, or final product confirmation.
Once a custom item has been confirmed and shipped, it may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect, quality issue, or order error caused by Viramia.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The item has been worn, used, altered, resized, damaged, or modified after delivery
- The item is missing original packaging, certificates, cards, or accessories
- The return request is made after 30 days from delivery
- The item is a sale, promotional, or discounted item without a quality issue
- The item is a confirmed custom order without a quality issue
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Shipping fees, return shipping costs, and applicable custom order cancellation fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

- Photos or videos if the item has a defect, damage, or quality issue
